Can I ship my truck if it’s not running?
Most, if not all truck shipping companies will ship your truck if it’s not running. Usually they will charge a fee for this, as the truck must then wench it onto the truck instead of driving it (which takes time). Make sure that you let the truck shipping company know if your truck is DNR (does not run, not do not resiscitate) so they can make the necessary changes to your information as well as let the trucking company know. It is also important to let the truck shipping company know if it does not roll, brake, or steer. This is just to let them and the trucking company know if they need to make any special arraignments.

Truck shippers are different from truck ship brokerages in the sense that they actually ship the truck as opposed to set up the ship thereof. They are the company that will actually be shipping the truck. Part of the truck shipper service is communication – when you setup your ship, your truck shipper will let you know where they can pick up the truck – some cities or towns have restrictions as to where large trucks can travel, so sometimes they will ask you to meet them in a large parking lot on the outskirts of the town if that is the case.

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a courthouse is this -- you cannot post 'Thou Shalt Not Steal' 'Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery' and 'Thou Shall Not Lie' in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians, it creates a hostile work environment.
