What is a broker?
A broker is a company that handles all the shipping information and gets your van shipped. They deal with trucking companies so you don’t have to, letting you deal with some of the other things that you need to do. What a broker will do is get all the information they need about the van (pickup/destination, year, make, model, etc) and pass it along to the trucking company. Then, they’ll get all of the trucking company’s information (insurance, etc) and finalize the pickup date for you. For this service they charge a nominal fee. While this may seem like a lot, it is nothing compared to some of the trucking companies. The broker makes sure that you are not being gouged by companies looking to make an extra buck.

Van ShipperAn van shipper is a person or company that actually transports vans. Typically van shippers drive open ten van carriers (like the ones you see taking new vans to dealerships), but there are other kinds as well. For instance, some van shippers only drive three van trailers – these are great for short trips in-state; others drive huge semi trucks with trailers that ship expensive sports vans or classic vans enclosed. There are many different types of van shippers on the road today, so you should be able to find the van shipper that you are looking for.

Auto Mover
an auto mover can refer to one of two different services: either a broker or a carrier. technically, an auto mover would be a carrier, because they actually move your automobile; however, most carriers utilize brokerages to find vehicles to move, because brokerages number in the thousands and the vast majority of customers looking to ship their vehicles use brokerages. auto movers specialize in moving vehicles, however, so if you contract with a brokerage you’ll still be using a carrier no matter what. read article...
Auto Hauler Service

There is only one difference between a bad economist and a good one: the bad economist confines himself to the visible effect; the good economist takes into account both the effect that can be seen and those effects that must be foreseen.
